I find it funny that in Oblivion you can kill a person and the only one who cares is the guards who catch you doing it. But once you get it all sorted out people just don't care and go on with thier lives. Society is still perfectly intact.
This is something I hope they fix in Skyrim.
I also always liked how you can take people's clothes and other items. One time in Oblivion I killed a ton of people for absolutely no reason and the only thing I took (besides money) was thier pants. >: )
